Reasons for Issuance
To prevent engine overheating by training how to do maintenance the engine and cooling system.
Probable Cause
Fatal problems such as malfunction, damage to major parts, and Engine stuck.
- Read all safety instructions and be aware of all warning/safety decals on the unit and the work equipment.
- Make sure work area and tools are clean.
- Use appropriate safety equipment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), i.e., safety glasses and gloves are recommended. Refer to your shop manager for questions on mandatory PPE items and procedures.
- DO NOT use improvised tools, parts or procedures. Use only the recommended tools appropriate for service work.
- Repairs should always be performed on a flat and firm surface.
- Extra Care should be taken when two or more personnel service a tractor.
- DO NOT touch any rotating, moving or hot parts while the vehicle is running. The Vehicle should be cool before performing any work.
- Escaping fluids under pressure can be a potential safety hazard. Use caution when relieving line pressure. Tighten all connections before applying system pressure.
- Observe relevant environmental protection regulations when disposing of automotive type fluids. ALWAYS dispose fluids at an approved disposal area.
- Refer to the owner's manual for the vehicle and/or attachments of detailed safety instructions before operation and servicing.

Maintenance Tips
Warning Overheating

If the coolant temperature is 108°C or higher for 10 seconds, the warning lamp on the Instrument Panel will light up and the warning buzzer will sound.

If the engine is cooled sufficiently (when the coolant temperature reaches 98°C), the warning lamp on the Instrument Panel and alarm sound will be released.

If the tractor continues to be used despite the warning, it can cause fatal engine damage as shown in the picture below.

Simple Steps Won’t Take Your Time, But Save Your Tractor
Cleaning outside/inside of the hood
Clean the DUSFPROOF NET with Air gun.
Clean the DUSFPROOF NET with Air gun.
Clean the back of the radiator with Air gun.
Clean the front of the radiator with Air gun.
Caution
Clean the hood & Radiator after the engine are enough cooled.
Tractor Maintenance Check Regular Checks Are Essential for Your Tractor's Performance
- Ensure that the coolant is maintained at an appropriate amount at all times.
- The proper quantity of cooling water is between the marked FULL and LOW on the reserve tank.
- The engine oil needs to stay clean and proper quantity every time.
- The engine oil quantity can be checked via DIP STICK.
- Check the tension of the belt by pushing the center of the belt. If it is deflected for 7~9mm, the tension is proper.
