REASONS FOR ISSUANCE
To prevent engine overheating by training how to do maintenance the engine and cooling system.
PROBABLE CAUSE
Fatal problems such as malfunction, damage to major parts, and Engine stuck.
- Read all safety instructions and be aware of all warning/safety decals on the unit and the work equipment.
- Make sure work area and tools are clean.
- Use appropriate safety equipment. Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), i.e., safety glasses and gloves are recommended. Refer to your shop manager for questions on mandatory PPE items and procedures.
- DO NOT use improvised tools, parts or procedures. Use only the recommended tools appropriate for service work.
- Repairs should always be performed on a flat and firm surface.
- Extra Care should be taken when two or more personnel service a tractor.
- DO NOT touch any rotating, moving or hot parts while the vehicle is running. The Vehicle should be cool before performing any work.
- Escaping fluids under pressure can be a potential safety hazard. Use caution when relieving line pressure. Tighten all connections before applying system pressure.
- Observe relevant environmental protection regulations when disposing of automotive type fluids. ALWAYS dispose fluids at an approved disposal area.
- Refer to the owner's manual for the vehicle and/or attachments of detailed safety instructions before operation and servicing.
